The 1200 x 1200 dpi maximum resolution is further enhanced with advanced toner formulation. Input tray has a maximum of 250 sheets capacity, with no option for additional trays. Noise level is tolerable and printing quality is at the normal range as well. Expect some dithering and banding for graphic printing, although text outputs are excellent, readable up to 4 points. If you like to extend your budget, choose a generic toner refill the next time you replace your free toner. The HP laserjet 1320, 1320N, 1320NW, 1320T, 1320TN uses the Q5949A toner cartridge and you can be confident that the lower cost generic Q5949A toner cartridge will work just as well in this printer and at the same time save you a lot of money.
