LEXMARK TONER - E210 (10S0150) HIGH YIELD - (Black)

Lexmark E210 is one of the most affordable among the low end laser printers. Text quality may not be as impressive but it is sure better than inkjet printer outputs. Texts are readable up to 6 point size at 600 x 600 dpi. Graphics are lighter, and have a tendency to lose some detail in very light parts. RAM is only 4 MB, with no options for expandability. Processor speed is adequate at 66 MHz.  It is a standard desktop printer measuring 13 by 14 by 9.1 inches and weighing only 14.3 pounds. Connectivity supports parallel ports and USB, again, with no network expandability option. Total media capacity is also meager for 150 sheets. Sound emission is low at 35 dBA, perfect for small spaced office or home use. It supports Linux and Microsoft, but Mac users need to look for other alternatives.

 

Monthly duty cycle is 5000 pages and print head duty cycle is up to 1000 pages only. Almost all common media types are supported such as transparencies, labels, envelopes, cards and plain paper. Buying replacement high yield toner will add up to 4 cents per page running cost. That’s a little steep for a cheap machine. If you opt for generic toner 10S0150 cartridges, you can cut your print costs and boost productivity. The aftermarket brand ink toner cartridges at Peachtree cost about half the normal Lexmark price and yet they will work just great in this E210 unit.
